Thank you for applying to be a volunteer, your form has been submitted successfully!
Here is what happens next!
1. Application Review
You will receive an acceptance or decline email sent to the email address used in your application.
Note: If you are unsure whether to buy a ticket or wait for your volunteer acceptance, please wait to purchase your ticket until you hear from us. A festival ticket is not a volunteer deposit. They are not interchangeable.
2. Volunteer Deposit
If accepted, you will be asked to submit a $190 deposit via PayPal within 10 days. This deposit helps ensure volunteers show up for their shifts. After you complete your shift(s), your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the festival, minus a $10 PayPal transaction fee.
3. Shift Assignment
After we receive your deposit, you will receive an email within a week with your volunteer shift assignment.
4. Pre-Festival Information
A few weeks before the festival, you will receive an “Aloha” email with details about arrival times, check-in instructions, and more information about your shift.
Important Notes
-This is an application only and does not guarantee a volunteer position.
-We will try to honor date, time, and shift preferences, but volunteers will be placed where help is most needed.
-All communication is sent by email, so please watch your inbox throughout the process.
-Due to the high volume of applications, responses may take some time. If more than 2 weeks have passed since applying and/or paying your deposit, and you have not heard from us, please email volunteers@wookiefoot.com.
